Catfish Recipe on a Ritz Cushion.
It is sheer pleasure to have a qualitu ingredient on the table, connect to it and
prepare a delicacy that matters. Seawolf (Catfish )is usually about 1 meter long and is in its best condition during the spring and the summer. On average, 100 grams of Catfish contain 100 calories. In most languages the fish is ascribed to a beast of pray, it goes by the names Sea wolf or Catfish, to name a few.
Catfish Recipes Cheeks on a Ritz Cushion
700 g skinless Catfish cheeks
1 box Ritz crackers
1 jar Sacla’ Tomato & Mascarpone
1/2 seasoned Havarti cheese, shredded
chive
salt
The Marinade
2 tbsp mild curry
2 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm ginger
oil

Mix the marinade ingredients in a food processor.
Trim the cheeks, cut into cubes and place in the marinade for an hour. Dry the pieces, fry them in butter in a pan and sprinkle a pinch of Maldon sea salt over the fish. Briefly work the Ritz crackers and the Tomato & Mascarpone in a food processor, then pour these into a pot along with the biggest part of the Havarti cheese and heat until the cheese starts to melt. Divide the Ritz sauce onto four plates and arrange the fish on the “cushion”. Snip the chive and sprinkle over the fish, along with the leftover cheese.
Garlic breadsticks go particularly well with this dish.
