I have a smoothie for breakfast every morning and I try to make them varied. Usually I just use the ingredients I have at home. When I hit a good recipe for a delicious smoothie I write it down. It`s the best to start the day with such a nutritious and powerful drink like this. It keeps the hunger feeling away longer than if you would eat cereal for breakfast.
